1. Information we collect

We collect data you provide directly when registering, investing, or communicating with us: full name, identity document, email address, phone number, tax address, financial information related to your investments, and regulatory compliance data (KYC/AML).

We also automatically collect browsing data, including IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and approximate geolocation data, through cookies and similar technologies.

2. Purpose of data processing

We use your personal information to manage your account and investments, verify your identity in accordance with CNV and UIF regulations, process financial transactions, send you communications regarding your investments and project status, improve our services, and comply with current legal and regulatory obligations in Argentina.

3. Legal basis for processing

The processing of your data is based on: your express consent at the time of registration, the execution of the participation contract in crowdlending projects, compliance with legal obligations (Law 25,326, Law 26,831 on Capital Markets, UIF regulations), and our legitimate interest in improving and protecting the platform.

4. Data sharing

We may share your information with real estate developers associated with projects you invest in (to the extent necessary), regulated financial entities involved in transactions, regulatory bodies (CNV, UIF, AAIP) when required by law, and technology service providers operating under strict confidentiality agreements. We do not sell or transfer your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Storage and security

Your data is stored on secure servers located in Argentina and in internationally certified data centers. We implement technical and organizational security measures consistent with the current state of technology: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access controls, continuous monitoring, and periodic security audits.

6. Your rights

As a data subject, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, and objection to processing, in accordance with Article 14 of Law 25,326. To do so, send an email to privacidad@molentix.com with the subject line 'Exercise of ARCO rights'. We will respond to your request within ten (10) business days. The AAIP, as the supervisory authority, has the power to handle complaints and claims regarding personal data protection.

7. Data retention

We retain your personal data for as long as you maintain an active account on the platform and, subsequently, for the legally required period to comply with accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations, which shall not exceed ten (10) years from the end of the contractual relationship.
